Meet Coach Kurt

Kurt Graham, founder of Eat Sleep Play Baseball, grew up playing the game and built a lifelong passion for it. When an injury ended his playing career during his junior year of high school, he found a new purpose: sharing his knowledge and love of baseball with the next generation of players.

Kurt has coached Jericho High School's junior varsity program, developed 9U–14U players with Team Steel, and led an 8U summer team to a championship game appearance in 2025. He holds USA Baseball Level A and B coaching certifications and is CPR/AED certified.

Through private lessons and small-group sessions, Coach Kurt helps players sharpen their hitting, pitching, and fielding fundamentals while building confidence, discipline, and baseball IQ. His approach centers on clear instruction, encouragement, and helping each athlete progress at their own pace.

Serving athletes across Long Island, Coach Kurt's mission is simple: help every player improve, compete with confidence, and develop a lasting love for baseball.
