These terms apply to your use of espbaseball.com, purchases from the ESP Baseball shop, and lessons, lesson packages, and other training services you book with us. By placing an order, booking a lesson, or using the site, you agree to them. If you are buying or booking for a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and agree on the minor’s behalf. Questions? Visit Support.

1. Shop orders and pricing

  • ESP Baseball apparel is offered in Black, Gray, and Navy. Gear is made to order and shipped directly to you.
  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. You pay through Stripe Checkout, a secure payment page run by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an email receipt. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing or product error, or we suspect fraud.
  • Colors and designs on screen may look slightly different from the product in hand. Please check the size selection carefully before ordering.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • The email address you give at checkout is used for your receipt and order updates. See our Privacy Policy.

2. Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders with a $75 or more subtotal.
  • Under $75: $10 for a single light item (one tee or one hat) and $15 for heavier items (such as hoodies and pants), other gear, or multiple items. The shipping cost is shown before you pay.
  • Because items are made to order, they are produced after you pay and then shipped to the address you provide. Production plus shipping time usually takes longer than for in-stock goods. Any delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with demand, production, and carrier delays.
  • Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address you entered. Contact us right away if you need to fix one; we cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
  • If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or never arrives, contact us (see Support) and we will work with you to make it right.

3. Returns and exchanges

  • Unworn items: you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags or packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale. This includes anything made with a name, number, or other customization you requested.
  • Defects or our mistakes: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping.
  • How to start: email kgraham@espbaseball.com with your order number (or the email used at checkout) and the item and size you want to return or exchange. We will reply with instructions. Please do not ship a return back before we respond.
  • Return shipping: for returns that are not due to a defect or our error, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Banks can take several business days to post them. Exchanges depend on availability; if your size or color is unavailable, we will refund you instead.

4. Promo codes

  • Promo codes are limited to one code per order and cannot be combined with other codes or offers.
  • COMEBACK10 gives 10% off a future order and requires a $50 or more subtotal.
  • TEAMESP15 is a teammate referral code for 15% off a customer’s first order.
  • Codes have no cash value, apply to shop orders only (not lessons or packages), and are not valid on past orders. Discounts apply to the item subtotal and not to shipping, and any shipping threshold is based on the order total before the discount unless we say otherwise.
  • We may change, limit, or end any promo code at any time, and may cancel orders where a code was misused or applied in error.

5. Lessons, bookings, and packages

  • Booking: lessons are scheduled online through Calendly at calendly.com/espbaseball46. A booking is confirmed once you receive Calendly’s confirmation email. Lesson availability, format (private or small group), and prices are shown on our Lessons page and in Calendly.
  • Cancel or reschedule: we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Use the link in your Calendly confirmation, or email kgraham@espbaseball.com or call/text (631) 392-8708.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows: a lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, is treated as a used lesson (or may be charged), unless we agree otherwise. For package lessons, a session cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice does not use a credit.
  • Weather and illness: if we cancel for weather, facility issues, or coach illness, we will offer another time at no charge. If a player is sick, please tell us as early as you can so we can work with you.
  • Lesson packages: packages are a set number of lessons (5 or 10) at a discounted price. Packs expire 3 months or 6 months from the date of purchase, as stated on the package you buy. Unused lessons expire at the end of that period and have no cash value.
  • Packages are non-refundable. They are transferable to a sibling or another player on request, within the pack’s expiration period. If we are unable to deliver the lessons you bought, we will refund the value of the unused lessons.
  • Behavior and safety: players must follow coach instructions and use equipment safely. A parent or guardian should be reachable during sessions for players under 18. We may end a session or stop service, without refund of that session, if behavior is unsafe.
  • Rage travel team: submitting an interest form for Mid Atlantic Rage Long Island is not an offer or promise of a roster spot. Team fees, schedules, and rules for the travel team are provided separately.

6. Assumption of risk

Baseball and athletic training involve physical activity, thrown and batted balls, equipment, and other inherent risks, and injuries can happen even when everyone is careful. By booking or participating in lessons, training, or tryouts, you (and, for a minor, the parent or guardian on the minor’s behalf) acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them. You confirm that the player is healthy enough to take part, will bring and use appropriate equipment (bats, helmets, gloves, and sneakers or turf shoes), and that you will tell us about any medical condition or injury that could affect training. Parents and guardians are responsible for authorizing medical care if needed. We may ask for a separate signed waiver for certain programs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ESP Baseball, Eat sleep play baseball Inc., and its owner, coaches, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injuries or losses arising from participation in training, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase or service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to that venue. Before filing a claim, please contact us at kgraham@espbaseball.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

9. General

  • Website use: don’t misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or use our content (including logos, photos, and designs) without permission. ESP Baseball, the ESP logo, and related marks belong to us or are used with permission.
  • Third-party services: payments (Stripe), bookings (Calendly), and hosting (Netlify) are provided by those companies under their own terms.
  • Privacy: our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information; the ESP Rise Privacy Policy covers the app.
  • Changes: we may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to purchases and bookings made after that date.
  • If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are our complete agreement with you about the site, shop, and services.
