Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your ESP Rise account and the data connected to it at any time.

How to delete your account

In the app: go to Help > Delete account.

Or request deletion by email:

1. Email info@espbaseball.com.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my ESP Rise account”.
3. Include the email address on the account. Please send it from that email address if you can.

Email a deletion request

Parents can also delete a child’s training data themselves: open Privacy in the parent account in the app. This deletes the child’s videos, radar numbers, drills, and the account link.

What gets deleted

We will delete the account and all related data within 30 days and confirm by email. Copies in backups roll off within 30 days after that, and parental consent records and payment records are kept as legally required. Depending on the account, this can include:

• Name, email address, and login details
• Player profile: username, date of birth, age group, bats/throws, position, team
• Parent–child links
• Velocity readings and imported Blast Motion swing metrics
• Swing and pitch videos and notes to the coach
• Coach feedback, drill assignments, and progress

What we keep

After deletion, we keep only parental consent records and payment records, as legally required. Nothing else is kept. Backup copies roll off within 30 days.

Inactive accounts are deleted after 24 months.
